Therefore, if the air column bag is subjected to similar sharp objects during use, then the air column bag will be damaged and leaking, so that it can no longer be used.

With the widespread use of air column bags in various industries, more and more people are beginning to understand air column bags, but in the process of use, there will be a variety of problems.

Prepare before use:

1) Care should be taken when unpacking the air column bag. Do not scratch the inflatable packaging:

2) Requires a clean working environment, do not use a nail box, do not drag the grinding gas tablets on the ground and other illegal operation, the use of the process must not have sharp tools stabbing;

3) Place the air column bag in a smooth place on the surface, avoid contact with sharp items, resulting in a scratching of the filling bag and leakage;

4) If inflating with an electric inflatable pump, please use 2 bar pressure pump valve, to ensure that the valve table is accurate and normal, according to the charging parameters to adjust the air pressure (0.8 bar or less), to avoid excessive pressure leading to valve rupture:

5) Please use a suitable inflatable air nozzle (air nozzle length of about 2cm, aperture 0.5cm-1cm)
